Italia Marittima, in conformità alle disposizioni sulla privacy previste dal Decreto Legislativo n. 196/03, La informa che i dati relativi alla Sua persona, acquisiti tramite il questionario che troverà di seguito, saranno trattati tramite supporti cartacei ed informativi al solo scopo di valutare ogni possibilità ed interesse dell'Italia Marittima a future assunzioni. I dati raccolti saranno trattati e trattenuti dall'Italia Marittima per due anni trascorsi i quali saranno cancellati. I dati raccolti saranno trasmessi anche all'estero al solo scopo di valutare ogni possibilità di nuova assunzione presso questa Società; in ogni caso i dati non saranno trasferiti a terzi e non saranno trattati per alcuna altra finalità diversa dalla ricerca ed acquisizione dati per l'assunzione di nuovo personale. La informiamo che Lei, in qualità di interessato del trattamento, può esercitare tutti i diritti predisposti nell'art 7 e seguenti del D. Lgs. 196/03. Italia Marittima, in compliance with the privacy law dispositions provided by the Italian Legislative Decree n° 196/03, informs you that the data relevant to your person, acquired through the questionnaire, will be processed by printing-computing and computer systems with the only purpose of evaluating any possibilities and interests of Italia Marittima for future hiring. The data collected will be processed and held by Italia Marittima for two years and after that will be deleted. The data collected will be processed also abroad, with the only purpose of new employees recruiting in accordance with the Company necessity. The data collected, therefore, will not be communicated to other companies or entities. You are hereby informed that as the “interested person” you are entitled to exercise all the rights set forth in articles 7, 8, 9, 10 and followings of the Legislative Decree 196/03, including the rights of data accessing, updating, objecting against data processing and cancellation. The Holder of the right to process the data is Italia Marittima S.p.A. addressed in Trieste (IT) Passeggio Sant’Andrea n° 4.
